Great location, fantastic pool

No WiFi in rooms!!! Forcing cash payments is a hassle, especially when they prefer Euros!!! The decor is outdated, and the hotel needs a serious facelift to justify its supposed rating!!!

This was just an appropriate option for a break on a long journey in Marrakesh with great value-to-price ratio. The staff by the pool, especially Ihsaan, were friendly and even played table tennis with us. Make sure to enjoy the pool area during the evenings for nice views.

The outdoor tennis court was a hit and we also explored some nearby golf lessons. The location is great, close to the Medina, so we could grab food easily. Just note there’s no irons in the rooms and no toiletries other than soap, so plan ahead.

One downside was the rude behavior of the staff when we needed change for lunch. They didn't seem accommodating to tourists, which was frustrating.

i had an amazing time on my honeymoon! the location is perfect, just a short walk to the souks and the koutoubia mosque. the breakfast by the pool was a highlight, featuring fresh pastries and fruits, which made mornings so enjoyable.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel thanks to the friendly and accommodating staff, who made sure I felt welcome from the moment I arrived. The location is ideal, just a short walk to the market and major attractions, making it easy to explore the area. However, the room could use some updates, particularly regarding bath amenities and decor.

Stayed in a twin room with balcony. It had air conditioning and a nice private bathroom. The breakfast included freshly baked croissants and a variety of organic juices. The pool area was chill with sun loungers for relaxing. Staff was super friendly. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the mosque and souks. Really good value for money.

The breakfast at Chems is a real treat, especially with that fresh Tuscan bread that just sings with flavor! The staff at the restaurant were so kind, and having breakfast open until late was a total win. Plus, the pool area was a chill spot to unwind, even if it was a bit chilly in January.

Let’s spill the tea—reception service was a major letdown, especially from the older woman who gave me an attitude. To top it off, housekeeping tossed my stuff out, thinking I checked out! Not the vibe you want when you're trying to enjoy your stay.
