When we visit Marrakesh, like staying here. Recently refurbished and exceptionally clean place to stay in, it has really helpful staff at the reception desk. The queen room is practical and has a private safe, central heating and television.

the room was new-fashioned and newly decorated with smoke detectors for my safety. the pool was great, the staff here was very pleasant. the hotel was in a particularly good location next to central marrakech and very good break fast, beautiful gardens and hivernage or gueliz. plus, the property was short walk from parc lalla hasna.

excellent swimming pool, great location, well-kept outdoor areas
No WiFi in rooms!!! Forcing cash payments is a hassle, especially when they prefer Euros!!! The decor is outdated, and the hotel needs a serious facelift to justify its supposed rating!!!

This was just an appropriate option for a break on a long journey in Marrakesh with great value-to-price ratio. The staff by the pool, especially Ihsaan, were friendly and even played table tennis with us. Make sure to enjoy the pool area during the evenings for nice views.

The outdoor tennis court was a hit and we also explored some nearby golf lessons. The location is great, close to the Medina, so we could grab food easily. Just note there's no irons in the rooms and no toiletries other than soap, so plan ahead.
One downside was the rude behavior of the staff when we needed change for lunch. They didn't seem accommodating to tourists, frustrating.

Loved the amazing pool area! It was such a relaxing spot after exploring the bustling streets. The no fridge in the room was a bit disappointing 😅

missingWrote a review on 25 Junrespectful stafflarge poolmissing hairdryerpoor breakfast varietyproblematic check-in
The staff demonstrated really good courtesy. Free parking and a good-sized pool were great perks. The room lacked essential amenities, like an iron and hairdryer, and was not up to the 4-star standard expected. Breakfast was limited, primarily consisting of bread, and the check-in process was a hassle due to payment issues.
